feeder rod

i orderd a feeder rod the other night from tackle shop but they have got no more of the rods what i wanted they are saying i can have a 11ft daiwa rod or a shakespear for the same money which one would u go for?

never used a daiwa feeder rod so cant tell you but it just so happens that i have a shakespear feeder rod with twin tips its a nice rod with good action casts well and generally handles what i throw at it a nice rod .

If there for the same money i guess they will be much alike

personal choice for me would be the Daiwa.

i did go for the daiwa in the end had to make a choice has need it befor sat.should be here 2moro.yea i was thinking same as they same price must be around the same as eachother.

Just bought a TFG Classic Feeder, for the bargain price of £49.99, looks like it should be a nice rod for the money.

looks a nice rod mate.i should be getting mine today will be handy for me canal too.i member fishing few years back and was using my old man's feeder rod and was reeling in and maggot was skimming on top of water then bash pike came took it and felt good on that rod lol doubt i ever get a take like tht again though lol

On feeder rods, what's the small loop of wire that's whipped to the hendle section between the handle & the first line guide?
