Where to spin ?

I do a lot of spinning and plugging for Bass,it is by far and away my favourite form of fishing.I have started to think more and more about fresh water spinning,be it river or lake.The thought of catching a perch on a small plug i find really exciting.I'm based in the Bridgend area of South Wales.Does anyone know of any fisheries close to here that allow lure fishing.Also,does anyone know if there are any perch in any of the local rivers.I think the main fish around these parts are trout.Last of all,does anyone know if you can buy a day ticket to fish on my two local rivers,the ogmore and the llynfi ?..cheers guys
