what is the best stillwater open end feeder rig please

I just use a normal running rig to a bead and hooklink, hooklink length depending on what Im after, Ie short for carp, slightly longer for bream, and very long for barbel ( rivers). Oh and welcome to the forum

i normally only use a cage feeder in lakes /water shallower than 4ft as they empty quickly due to the larger holes

many many times mate ,
it all depends on what species is my target fish

think i overdid it today 7lb straight through couldnt decide on right hook size in the end thought too much and ran out of time.

I always wince when I cast with a method tho lol spesh when there the size of a small football lol

4/5 lb with a 2lb hook length , depending on fish a size 14 down to a 20 ,

carp i upgrade my end tackle
