Re: Catching Carp...

What sort of size you looking at catching ? When I go to my local commercial which holds a good head of small to medium carp I normally use a mix of groundbait, micro-pellets , sweet corn and maybe a tin of tuna all mixed up to make a nice feeder/ method mix. I load a 2oz feeder with the mix. I then use either real or fake sweetcorn on the hair. For bigger carp , Id probably use the method feeder with double corn or boilie. there are many other method but theres two for ya.

i am looking to catch around 5lb-double figure, which i know is in my local ponds, but i can only seem to get 2.5-3lb's out on strawberry pellets.
i will be willing to try some new, different pellets if it means me having fish, preferably carp, feeding quite often.

thank you for the reply Maddison_Twatter!
