Re-spooling twice a season or every 6 weeks! Wow!!!! I only re-spool once a year but then I probably only get the chance to go fishing once every 4-6 weeks on average so I suppose that's not too bad.

I've been doing some more reading and have looked into all the lines that people have said that they use and I must admit I'm very drawn to the Ultima Power Carp.

Price per meter makes it cheaper than Maxima and it's much thinner too and does seem to be the perfect blend of mono and flurocarbon. In searching the Internet I've not really found anyone say a bad word about it.

I also like the sound of their Power Link line and the Power Zig so I think when I get paid I shall be placing an order!

try it darrell.. its a very strange line because in the right light it glows fluorescent blue! and does make you wonder how anything could not see it!

but i will not use anything else now for my mullet fishing
