| Golden Pond, Fullerton, Andover Hi everyone, newbie here, just a quick one, have any of you fine folks fished Golden Pond at Fullerton, near Andover Hants? Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks - CT.     |

| Re: Golden Pond, Fullerton, Andover Took a wander down there today to get a feel for the venue and to talk to some of the anglers. Met a lovely chap called Dave, who told me a bit about the history of the pond, and what baits and tactics work, also witnessed him catch a couple of nice Carp whilst I was their.  Dave playing a lovely conditioned Mirror.  Said lovely conditioned Mirror.  A larger Common on his next cast.  Plenty of this going on around the Pond.  |

| Re: Golden Pond, Fullerton, Andover Many thanks for your messages chaps, well I took th plunge and arrived on site at around 4:45 this morning, first angler on the lake, in hindsight, should have spent a bit of time choosing my swim, but still, caught 5 Carp to 8lbs, and 2 quality Roach (on 12mm Halibut Pellet). Saw some very nice high teen Carp patroling the surface, had a quick chat with one of the bailiff's, who informed me that there are 5 Carp over 20lb, with one topping 27lbs 10ozs. I must say, that all of the fish I have seen from this Pond are immaculate. Overview of the Pond at 05:24.  First fish of the day, weighing in at 5lbs 7ozs.  This one was 7lbs 11ozs  Biggest of the session, 8lbs exactly.  Even my son caught, here he is with his 2lb 13ozs Mirror.  |
