Thats what i thought, a friend rod snaped but chapmans wont play ball, so we are trying to get a direct phone number. For some reason Chapmans say that the rod is not under warrenty. It snapped above the spigot. I think that if a rod breaks above the spigot its not fit for use?

I always thought the outlet you purchased the item from are responsible for any damages or faults even if it means them contacting the original supplier, Its part of the trading standards law I think.
