Has anyone ever fished linear fisheries nr Oxford?

have been trying to plan my next little 4 day session and was wondering if anyone had ever fished linear fisheries?

If so how would you rate the complex and what lakes would be good for carp and tench.

I have looked at the web site but would like some personal views.

Hardwick Lake and Smiths Pool mate

Dont do fri sat if you can help it as it is like blackpool ,
spend time looking for fish if there are not loads of anglers on there ,
dont forget the margins, zigs work well at range ,

thankyou nick. I can only do Friday to Monday sessions tho. I was looking at St Johns pool. Only because there are catfish in there.

cats may still be sleeping mate , need to warm up a bit yet

The local lake to me the cats are moving around. A 30lb was caught last week super pic in the local paper taken in daylight as well.

Its not going to be till late next month i go.
