mmm i dont think it would keep that long to be honest and if you froze it I cant see it being too good after.... your going to have to run an experiment and just try it liquidise a loaf freeze half straight away then leave half out to see how long it lasts then defrost the frozen sample and see what it looks like..well thats what i would do..
