Re: looking for big eels

The old brick pits on the A1111 at Sutton on sea, now called Lakeside, were cleaned out about 6 years ago and they pulled out some good size eels, It has good depth in the middle and is well worth a go, also holds good size Bream. Cheers Rob.

Thumbs up Re: looking for big eels

hi there. i used to live in lincoln and fished ''stamp end'' ALOT. i wasnt there for the eels but the big perch and jacks. looking back i was pestered by eels every time, mainly boot lases but the odd 4lb+ came out. im sure if u hit them hard you will get better results than i did. try the pegged out side between the lock and the brigde outside lincs fm building.

gd luck and would be great to hear hows its fishing now days.
