Good Budget Reels?

Does anyone know any good budget reels for all round fishing?

and they normally come loaded with line

Most companies do good budget reels, and they last, as Lman mentioned Okuma do some superb reels for the money

I have had good results with Okumas budget reels, they do quite a range, but if you can spend the extra pennies its a wise idea.
What do you plan to fish for with these reels??
