The reason iam asking is that i was wondering how many would be interested in a couple of meets ,one down south and one up north Which could be run as a charity event .and would give members the chance to meet

I once drove a 300 mile round trip in one day to fish at Chesil beach when it was Dave (Pingu's) birthday. I blanked! It was a good day though

to me it all comes down to money --when u are on a limited budget if i know the venue and when it is i try to save a bit each week then i know i will be ok for money on the day its a good idea nick

i thought a carp session for now to see how it goes , then if possible a days river fishing ,coarse fishing , then sea fishing ,

Would need to be quite local because i dont drive.

I will go miles but have problems with 2 day /overnight events as weekends usually packed /working
