how about a nice dry spider free shelter ( for wet days)paved paths so no puddles and muddy tracks,on site tackle shop with coffee facilities bigger pegs so your not in danger of falling in every time you move around,marked out swims so the guy next to you cant poach your swim,super models as baillifs ,a good selection of fish , great views,and last but not least mini atv"s so you dont have to carry all tackle to the pegs

a compost heap so u can get fresh worms
