| Beginner Hello fellow fisherman, I am looking to start up a new hobbie in Freshwater Fishing. As I am bored sitting in and watching TV at the weekend and want to take up Fishing. I was lookin for some help - If someone could guide me on the basics to getting me started i.e. as what equipment I need to get me going. This information would be very helpful and much useful. | Re: Beginner Hi Jay, I would suggest joining a fishing club, there must be a few around Portsmouth, you will get all the info and advice you need and the members will help you with buying the right tackle. Tight lines Rob. |

| Re: Beginner I want to get into Freshwater Fishing; fishing in the lakes and rivers. I have done sea fishing for a few years but would like to take up a different aspect of fishing. Regards Jay |
