But i heard today people have been catching bass at night sidmouth , jacobs ladder i think ?? i may have to go this week seeing as tides r better. any advice on which part of jacobs to fish ??

Re: where to go next ?

I'm going to (likely) try Budleigh again tonight as it gets dark, probably 8.30 until 10.30. Only for mackerel though. Even if I blank, I enjoy the exercise of casting and retrieving. Keeps the arm muscles busy given I spend all day sat at a desk in an office.

Re: where to go next ?

its been difficult lately

wed night i will be at jacobs with the club

i would fish either
1 along the beach so as just past floodlights beam
useing sandeel and lug for eother schoolies or ray/dogfish/bass,
2 from platform if over high bait as above

really need to wait for darkness though
