Chick peas -V- sweetcorn

Hi all, it's not really a question of which you prefer as I'm sure people who have used both have had varied days on both. What I'm asking is can they be used together ? I'm thinking mixed as a loose feed and alternating on the hook to see which is more effective on a particular water. Or is it best to just use one or the other ?

try every combination you can, if you are after bigger fish two hair riged chick peas works well and seems to keep the small silvers away, try,,, tip the chick peas into a bait tub and add a little turmeric give it a good shake and leave over night in the fridge, I also have found that mashed chick peas used as feed will hold the bigger fish (sometimes) in your swim, on one very hard day a chick pea cut in half and side hooked on a size 12, caught well, when all else failed, the peas win it for me,, but please also try mixing corn and peas as you suggest, but it did not work for me, I would use one bait or the other
