Now have 3 rods & 2 reels

Been to Dad's and nicked some more tackle. After superglueing the final ring back on an uptider, I now possess two 10 foot'ers so I can bottom fish and still do a spot of spinning. To go with this rod I also nicked an ancient, but good quality, shakespeare reel, leaving my Dad with his prized Abu garcier thing (not that he has a rod to use it with now.... )

Just wish the weather would calm down now so I can get some more fishing in....

strange how we 'temprarily borrow' things off dad, never had any of his fishing gear away, but still have quite a few tools i 'borrowed' when i 1st started out as a mechanic. way i saw it was he didn't use them & i couldn't afford them at the time lol.

Re: Now have 3 rods & 2 reels

Forgot to add the 3rd rod is a tiddly little 6 foot boat rod, which I will probably use instead of one of the uptiders if I go out on a boat trip. :) Much more portable and user friendly in a confined space. I probably should have nicked one of the multipliers but being a fan of fixed spool, I'll just use those.
