got my reminder last week, will be renewing online next week.
can't understand those that don't get a licence "because it's too expensive" ... i remember back in the '90s (before i started my fishing sebatical) they were about £12 for 1 rod or £18 for 2, fast forward to now ... £8 more for 2 rods is less than £1 a year increase.
how many other things have increased in price for as little?
besides, the penalties are far more expensive than the licence!

Also remeber that if you wish with three rods you need to licencse as you can ony use two rods under one license.

Being a law abiding citizen guv,I buy my license religiously but i often wonder where all the money goes,yes I know some goes to re=stocking but I still think we anglers are conned!
Even if you OWN a lake and no one but YOU fish it,you are still obliged to have a rod license.
Environment, I hear some one shout,well from what I have seen,in the main,we anglers are the biggest environmentalists on or near any waters.
