| Eel Bait Hi There My name is josh and recently caught 3 short finned eels in a net behind my house in a small creek. So by realizing that there is eels in the creek and around the area i was wondering what is the best bait to put on a hook for eels. i have looked around the internet but i havent found anything i heard worms and maggots are good but im and not sure. so if anyone can tell me if worms and maggots are good bait or i should try something else it would be much appreciated. Thanks |

| Re: Eel Bait I've had eel quite consistently on ledgered luncheon meat on the river severn, they're a pain for swallowing the hook right down though. so Make sure you've got an extra long hook degauger. |
