Hello People, Before I continue I here apologise for asking a question which some may consider to be trivial. When mixing groundbait I've been using a redundant 'tub-shaped bird ball' container. Like I said, tub-shaped, about 300mm diameter, 250mm deep, complete with lid. Recently, I've found this 'home made' bowl to be too small. When looking through 'the magazines' I notice that the dealers offer, how should I say, a 'folding' pvc, or whatever, groundbait mixing bowl. This folding bowl would appear to be somewhat larger than my existing 'bird ball' tub. My question is this, & I apologise once again. "How does one ensure that the folding/collapsable bowl stays upright, rigid & 'bowl shaped' when on is mixing groundbait"? Trivia, I am the first to admit, but I just cannot imagine how the thing works. Regards, Mr Widjid

Re: Non-rigid groundbait mixing bowls. these bowls you speak of are of a type of material that collapses easily but also stays rigid when you have some groundbait in it,that is the best way i can describe it,these bowls are often given away by the angling times as a free gift, look out for them

Re: Non-rigid groundbait mixing bowls. i use the material bowls, and to be honest they save so much space it makes life so much easier. __________________ Born to fish made to work
