| Re: Ghost stories When I was a young fisherman, (11-15), I used to fish a local lake, which has been dug by monks, not sure when. The spoil, had been piled into a large mound, I'll try to dig out a photo, but it looked like a buriel mound, and local legends had been built up. Fueled by ale no doubt. The geography of the area, led to mists forming, and swirling in spookey ways, which when you were on your own, and young, looked very different to eves when it was crowded. |
