Angry Thieving SCUM

Hi, Just got to let off a bit of steam. I had my fishing gear stolen this morning from my shed. My Wife rang me at 5.30 to say the shed door was bangging in the wind so raced home to find my baitboat, rods, alarms, pod, reels and other bits stolen, can't tell what else yet waiting for S,O,C to turn up and take fingerprints. Not only my gear in there but fatherinlaws as well. Just when I can start going out weekly. Hopefully insurance will sort it out soon

Re: Thieving SCUM

Keep an eye on Ebay, it's because people buy dodgey gear that it gets nicked in the first place.

Re: Thieving SCUM

Hopefully the people or person who stole your gear will have something they value stolen, no help to you but I hope it hurts them.

Good luck with insurance claim.

Re: Thieving SCUM

Thanks for the support, but I think the people who did this can only just about spell their names and where probably after a quick fix. How can you pot a price on items you have collected over the years and are no longer available but did the job better than anything today?

Re: Thieving SCUM

Its worth going to local car boot sales as well, a friend off mine had his kit Stolen a couple of years ago, a week after it was stolen, he found the kit at a Car boot, the police were called but the gujy who had the kit got away with it, but my friend did have kit return as he had marked it all with a black pen, something we should all think about doing.

Sorry hear about the theft though, If they are ever found they should be hung up by their bo***cks

Re: Thieving SCUM

Sorry to hear that Chris, I keep moaning because I haven't got the space for my gear so I have it spread around the house.

Makes me think twice now to moan again, at least I know it's save.

Good luck with your insurance claim.
