marlow weir

hello all
has anyone ever fished the weir at marlow in buckinghamshire just want a few clues on species and tactics

not a lot of space by the slipway but further downstream between the lock and the bridge over the 404 there are some nice pegs.
usual tactics work for carp, roach, pike, barbel etc ;)

yeah i have been fishing that free stretch for allmost 20 years on and off but i have managed to obtain the rights to fish the island in the weir it extends to the bank opposite the lockcut piece of the free stretc.just wondered if anyone has fished the actuall weir pool as that is where i will be ....
