| Re: Catfish Virgin (Still) I've seen that episode a couple of times. Went there today for a few hours this afternoon/evening, still chasing the very elusive 3lb+ crucian. I seem to be very good at witnessing and photographing 3lb and 4lb crucians for other people but have yet to have one for myself! Yet again today I had another lovely crucian and yet again it went 2lb 15oz.........that now makes four different fish at that weight. Maybe I should change my scales! They are all superb fish but I really would like to beat my PB of 3.02! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think Godalming AS should be congratulated for creating an excellent fishery with some quality tench and crucians and not a common/mirror carp in sight! ![]() I plan to be back there on Tuesday. ![]() __________________ "I'm playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order" Eric Morcambe |

| Re: Catfish Virgin (Still) With the hours you "put in" you'll beat 3lb soon. Good read and pics. __________________ Poor prep= Pathetic Performance |
