Exceptional customer service

Hi all,

Just wanted to tell you all of some exeptional customer service from Masterline. I unfortunately fell on my Signature Avon/Quiver rod whilst out & broke the three main sections! . I contacted Masterline & they asked me to send the broken sections to them to be replaced (which I thought was great service in itself). Could barely believe it when arrived in the post a complete brand new rod! (in the nice new grey blank) .

I know if you get bad service you tell ten & good service you tell three, but I thought i'd tell all of you.....

I really cannot fault them & the way they dealt with things, it's not often nowadays that you get service like that.

Re: Exceptional customer service

I have also had good service from Masterline, The Quivertip section on my JW Avon/Quiver broke a while ago and they replaced it within 3 days without quibbling. Glad to hear their customer service is still good.
