| Fishing licences for marker and Spod Rods I personally think that having to pay for a rod licence is a rip off. However that is an argument that has been going on for ages on many other threads, so I don't want to start it again here. What I would like to know is if you have a marker rod out as well as 2 feeder rods and you are spoding at the same time, do you need two rod licences? __________________ Check my blog for a daily fishing forecast from Weymouth, Portland, Chesil Beach & Kimmeridge Bay. www.fishingtails.co.uk |

| Re: Fishing licences for marker and Spod Rods I asked this question of the EA, and they replied that the licence is only required for "fishing rods" that is baited or hooked lines. Therefore spod and marker rods do not require a licence, only the hooked and baited rods. __________________ Life is understood looking backwards, but it must be lived forwards. |
