thailand it is done!!!

Well im all booked up! meeting the famous jean francois helias
of thailand fishing adventures,
in the small hours of the 9th of feb in bankok, then its a 2 hour drive
to the fantastic Ratchaburi lake! were we will be hunting everything
from giant araipama , mekong, redtails and even alligator gar you name it
and i wont be able to pronounce it!
2 days of solid arm aching fish chasing bliss!
watch this space!

Sounds brilliant there. (I'm extremely jealous ) I dont think any of my rods could even handle most of the fish in those photos.

cant wait mate! did think about fishing bung sam lan lake but
its a bit done and very easy just to houl all day, that commercial makes our
carp puddle,s look understocked, think ratchaburi is a bit diffrent, with the chance at some monster fish aswell , my main target is the mighty arapaima (thes things ar gargantuan) plan is to have a live bait out
the whole time to lock into one, and fish lures for peacock bass, giant snakehead, pacu and the predator cats like red tail, so planning to catch lots
of species more than just monster mekongs!
