| Tackle Boxes Just out of interest, what type/size tackle box do you use? The reason I ask is because I have a very large tackle box of the type that when you open the lid 3 trays 'fold' out each with multiple compartments. Pros: You can fit just about all your tackle in it You always take all your tackle with you so you never run the risk of leaving something at home Cons: It's heavy Due to the design it's not too easy find specific tackle quickly As it folds out and closes things can jump around a bit It's seems to be a magnet for feet, they just love to kick it when it's open! I tend to leave it open the whole time just so that I can quick access to one or two things which just increases the chance of things falling out or in etc. In terms of tackle I have the following in my box: Individual Shot Dispensers for SSG, AAA, BB, No.1, No.4, No.6, No.8, No.10, No.12 (maybe I should just buy an all-in-one dispenser to reduce the number of compartments needed) Multiple packs of hooks (lots) disgorgers and forceps pole floats river floats (lake floats are in a seperate float tube) different packets of silicone tubing Various rigs Swivels (various) Braid Bait Needles Float adaptors Licenses/permits Bombs (lots) Feeders (lots) PVA string/bags Spools of Line (hooklengths) I'm just wondering if I'd be better off using one of the more 'modular' boxes like the Fox F Box Deluxe Large/Medium as I could then put say my hooks in one of the smaller boxes and just put that in my pocket allowing me to put the rest of the tackle away etc. On the flip side modular boxes always look 'fiddly' to me and a pain to put back together. Any opinions/views/experiences of what you use etc appreciated |

| Re: Tackle Boxes i use a tackle box that fits into a recess in my fishing box. its compact and has two lift out compartments with plenty of room in the bottom. but you need to buy the fishing box as the tackle box is made to measure. plenty on market to choose from. |
