Advice on fishing the Great Ouse...

Hi all...

I've just moved to Olney on the Great Ouse and I've not fished rivers for years. I prefer to fish the float rather than ledgering at this stage and I'd want to stay mobile...any advice on setup, bait, line strength, hook size etc. When I get to know the place I will probably settle down to a bit of ledgering.

Cheers

Mike

Re: Advice on fishing the Great Ouse...

Hi Mike

Not my area but I'm sure someone will be around to help you out.

welcome to the forum, looking forward to read about your adventures on the Ouse.

Always fancied fishing it myself, great chub and barbel water I heard.
