Need to get out this weekend

I aint been fishing since the Cat meet and I need to get out this weekend, problem is i need to go somewhere different, it would be nice to get out with some of the forum members. Just wondering if anyone is going this weekend from the south west {wilts/dorset/hants}

Im all sorted, going to Gold Valley this weekend with Claudia and maybe Mike if he is up to it. Looking forward to it as i have never fished there.

Good luck Steve. I thought you'd fished some of the Civil Service matches there? As I recall, you need two keep nets there. One for Carp & One for Silver fish. I can lend you one if you need it mate.

No i never fished it, however i don't need the nets as we are only pleasure fishing and nets are banned, i think Claudia matchs is in a couple of weeks.

I see in this weeks Angling times, that Gold Valley have stopped using net dips... They recon it's a waste of time.
