When i first was asked about using direct debit i was all for it, and i even praised them for them setting it up. But now, i seriouly thinking about cancelling and going back to buying it from the Poat Office. I am so disapointed with the EA, Poor show on their part {Boo}

Got both of mine Friday - exactly 2 weeks after I bought on-line. If your local Post office is a nightmare I think on-line is the best way and puts you back in control of paying
