Question Hampton Lode day tickets

Anyone know where you can obtain day tickets for Hampton Lode on the river Severn? I'm sure i heard somewhere that they can be purchased on the bank. Can anyone confirm this? I'm planning a Barbel fishing trip there in the summer.

Re: Hampton Lode day tickets

There is a day-ticket stretch in the village of Hampton Lode. The barbel fishing is superb and the tickets are sold on the bank for about a fiver a day.

Alternatively, buy a BAA card from a ocal tackle shop. The BAA have loads of the Severn and just about every stretch contains barbel. The book costs around 25.00 and is excellent value for money. Anywhere between Bridgnorth and Bewdley is a good bet.
