That barbel would probably have won most months but my vote goes to the smoothie - that's one lump of a fish! Well done Lewis and also well done to Claudia and Silverfish - both those fish are heavier than all the fish I've caught this summer put together lol.

I know how hard you worked for the Barble Claudia, and it truely is a cracking fish, but that's the biggest shore smut I've heard of in the few years I've been fishing, so I've got to vote for Lewis.

Well done mate. The phrase "fish of a lifetime" gets used too much for my liking, but in this case it might well be true. Simply awesome fish.
