| Well impressive planes. When I worked at the Army workshops at Warminster, We used to service a Merlin engine (As used in the spitfire) It was & probably still is used in the wind tunnel at Boscombe down airfield. Built to last .I can also remember watching a newsclip from an airshow or somesuch on the local HTV news in which their reporter was doing a similar report to the one in the video. It was live & the plane came in a bit too low & it's wing clipped his head. I think it was Richard Wyatt. He got off lightly with a bruised head..... Anyone else remember that? __________________ One man's fish is another man's poissons http://www.deepsea.co.uk http://www.wildtrout.org |

| Re: Low flying Spitfire! If you can imagine, yes I've seen that clip too!! It wasn't on the news, but on an "Amazing ($h!t) Caught on Film" sort of show. __________________ A bad day fishing is better than a good day working!
