It's a big deal for me, I've been a lifelong fan. I didn't think I'd get a ticket, but a mate surprised me and bought one for me. I was a tad too young to see the Pistols first time around, so this'll do for me!

I seem to remember (rather vaguelly as is normal these days) Eric Clapton saying that he only realised he had a drink problem when he was swigging from a whisky bottle (hint!hint!) and fell on and broke one of his favourite pike rods. Not all the great people in this world are anglers, it just seems that way.

I caught up with Motorhead a couple of years back in Nottingham's Rock City, with Sepultura supporting.

Rock City is a small and intermit venue where you can get up close and personal as some sad git found out, to his peril, when he decided to throw a pint at Lemmy.

Also had a good night out at The Whalf in Tavistock a few weeks ago. An accoustic session with Midge Ure. Yep he is still going strong and well worth seeing.
