Smile Re: Fishing in Southend

I have found that Shoebury park, has yeilded some good results, but stay away from the Ranges, the fish are really scarce there, as far as bait goes, do not use lug in this area as it does not yeild much in the way of fish.

My best result was a 2.5Lb dab, which was caught on rag worm with a cockle tip.

Wherever you fish, have a great time.

Re: Fishing in Southend

Thorpe bay end dont fish to bad and the car park is right there at there at the front
you may also give tilbury wall by the wall that good to cod flatties and ells
grays wharlf park the care and fish out the door not bad fishing

Stamford Le hope wall not bad but you will need to ask some one how to get there cavy island just past the amusements in care park very short walk to the wall shallowish but fishes well after dark
there is a tackle shop in grays Essex will give good advice and bait

hope this will help
