 Pakefield went out to pakefield today woth some rag and squid. we were only there for about 2 hours because the weather got us bad, i was completely soaked through 4 fish were caught, i won 3-1! the fish were 1 whiting, 1 pouting, 1 codling and my first ever eel! it was about as long as my arm, it was real wierd!     |

| Re: Pakefield Nice! I got caught out in that rain to mate! least you got some fish there! Eels are great fun we used to get loads down here but the weed beds have disapered and i think they have taken them selfs to another part of the south coast! we should start to get a few now the crabs have peeled on the beaches and when we get a blow it should be ok! well done on your first eel anyway mate! |

 Re: Pakefield ahhhhhhhhhhh eels im scared stiff of them not sure why but they scare the hell out of me from silver eels up too congers i caught a conger only about 25lbs once on a boat and once that eels hit the deck i was ontop of the wheel house until it was back in the water lol __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think! |
