Beardy is on a distinguished road
Post Folkestone Yesterday

8 OF US FISHED FOLKESTONE YESTERDAY FROM 9AM-5PM FISHING WAS VERY VERY SLOW I FISHED THE BEND AND LOST A RIG ON MY FIRST CAST I THEN PROCEEDED TO LOSE 3 MORE RIGS IN THE NXT HOUR AND A HALF,
I CAUGHT 1 CRAB AND 1 TINY DAB ALL DAY
4 OF THE OTHERS DIDI NOT CATCH ANYTHING
1 GUY DID HAVE ABOUT 6 TINY DABS 2 TINY ROCKLING AND 1 POUT
THE OTHER 2 JUST HAD 1 TINY DAB AND 1 TINY POUT EACH
SO ALL IN ALL A VERY POOR VENUE AT THE MOMENT EVEN THOUGH SOME DID CATCH TINY FISH
APPARENTLY THERE WAS A COMPETITION THERE ON SATURDAY NIGHT
LET'S JUST HOPE THAT THEY DID BETTER THAN WE DID
STAY SAFE HAPPY FISHING
BEARDY

Re: Folkestone Yesterday

i think smoothie has got it in one, pants, its the same all round mate.
i feel a little guilty,it was me who recommended folkestone,i had heard it was fishing well,
the problem is no two tides are the same, you might go down there tomorrow and bag up,
at least you caught something beardy,a whole lot of people are blanking at this time of year.

Re: Folkestone Yesterday

It's just that when you said that you had heard of good catch reports for Folkestone, I thought you might have read a post he put on another forum.Or perhaps you belonged to the same fishing club - but obviously not!
