 New "Novice" Member Hi everyone, I have just started sea fishing and think i have caught the bug... I have only been twice so far, once Last night @ Canvey Island off the sea wall and my first time was off dover breakwater last month. Dover- Caught loads of small codling, few dog fish and whiting. Lost no tackle and overall a excellent day!! Canvey- First cast, caught on the rocks and lost my rig!! Second cast, ( school boy error ) broke a eye on 1 of my rods  After that i caught 5 small codling and got very wet Not caught anything big enough to keep yet...Any advise welcome.... Next time i will try a boat around southend area, if anyone knows a boat company in this area i would love to know Cheers     |
