Best areas to fish Clacton / Walton area at Easter

Hi all,
going to Clacton for 8 days over Easter and wondered what the fishing is like off Clacton pier and Walton pier, also which are the best beaches in the area.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

both the piers fish OK but ask a local about rope snags have had some good days in the past should get flat-es off the shore and early bass or late code shelter to the right of the pier is OK about 300yrd walk parking is a bugger at that time of year
clacton pier is fine never fished the beach pier's cost around £5-£6 a day 9- 1800hrs sorry no more info for you but have tight lines
