Depends if you mean from the shore or offshore on a boat ,from the shore its unlikely in this cold weather ,on the boat in deeper water you have a good chance of a few

catch them during daylight all through the year here in south west Ireland. Best weighed conger last year was 32 lbs with several around the 40 lb mark guesstimated.
