any conger marks in south west wales

are there any conger in the south west wales area as we are gowing after them this weekend and dont know where to try thanks
or may try for ray if there are no good marks thanks

Not the best time of year best normally oct/nov but wooltack point off the shore tends to throw up more than most, if you enjoy a walk then St Davids head can also produce a few. Better off for rays apr/may and tending to be further east than Swansea

Neither of those two places are anywhere near Swansea

no sorry i ment ill try swansea soon if ime not mistaken thay are both down pembroke way do you think there is still a chance of a conger or too if i try the marks or shall i wait untill next nov thanks

There is always a good chance of a conger at wooltack, it is the best chance of 40lb+ eel will be in oct, good chance of 25lb+ all year. Good chance of bycatch now until April/may of bull huss
