well, post here with all your favourite rigs and baits for cod fishing off the shore! mines gotta be either a pulley or paternoster with lugworm tipped with crab or big rag tipped with squid. ( big baits of course )

the pulley rig gives me a few tangles.. so i would still go for the up and over rig. lugworm tipped with squid.

All depends what venue I'm fishing.....And my 5 rig wallets are jammed for every and any occasion...

Pulley rig with 4/o pennell trace. Plenty of freshly dug king rag. The only thing I find with a pulley is that sometimes it doesnt release from the impact shield (if you use one like I do) so you waste 15/20 mins fishing with the bait still clipped.
