Talking Re: Birds In Cages!?

Mind you when you do let an exotic bird loose like the pink flamingo, for instance the one that got blown away from that zoo last week. It will only get eaten by a non exotic fox.

This should get you animal lovers going!

Lee, I used to have a similar problem when I lived at home with mum and dad!
I found that a .22 solved that problem!!!
I shall now duck for cover.

Re: Birds In Cages!?

I'm sort of leaning towards "Its Just a dumb animal" It really doesnt know or care either way.

The wild critter eyeballs the pan of food in the pets cage........The caged critter eyeballs the open sky.

Its a trade off........................Take my little fuzzy cat for example. A nice gal at work found him on her farm, 'playing' w/her bulldog,
(trying to get close to his food dish....dog be damned??). She gave him to me, we thought he was a skinny little kitten.

I took him to the vet, he was 4lbs. I had already gotten him a bag of High fat/protien kitten chow. The vet took 1 look at his teeth and said, "This is an adult cat!" took him back in 3 weeks later, he was 8lbs. Another month later he was 11lbs.

He will Always go to the door when I open it, he will go out and roll and squirm around on the rough concrete of my porch and walkway, BUT the instant he hears a neighbor kid-dog-car. He shoots back in the house like his tail was on fire.....He LIKES a roof over his head and all the food he can keep down (12.5# now )
