Taking photos of fish Hi all When I'm taking pictures of fish, they always seem out of focus or there is a huge 'white spot' along the flank of the fish. Has anyone got any tips such as backgrounds etc? I'm using a relatively cheap digi camera by the way Rob

Re: Taking photos of fish is the flash on? are the fish or the camera moving? you have to remember that there is a short delay with digital cameras between when you press the button and when the photo takes so if you start to move away it will come out blurry __________________ Bens The Name And Catchings The Game Anti the Anti's

Re: Taking photos of fish Someone told me this little tip and it makes some of my piccies a bit better. When you do your first sort of press on the button hold it for a few seconds so you can see the piccy of wot you are taking and then full press it. Hope that makes sense, apparently this gives the camera a bit more focusing time i have been told. But it does work a lot of my piccys came out a lot clearer.

Hi Rob, On my camera you haver to slightly depress the button to get the shot in focus and then fully depress it for taking the shot. It works for me most of the time, but as in life, it can cock up and bite you in the Ar*e! I hope this helps. Cheers Shaun
