posting rods

got a rod up for sale on e-bay at the moment and i was wondering what is the best tubing to post them in,
i was going to use a length of drainpipe but i reckon one of you lads will know of a better method

I'll have a couple of new rods to put on ebay / sell too soon - so nice to see a handy tip for posting them. Rather they went locally though to be honest.

grrrrrr, posting rods
my new zziplex which i should have now i wont have untill well after the 9th :@
i paid £15 p&p but the guy has got back to my dad while i was away to say he has got it wrong and got quoted £120 to get it to me, now i definatly aint paying that and he sure aint as well but he knows a friend of a freind in the business of rod transport who should get it cheap, but he is away untill the 9th
as you can imagin i aint happy about this after just paying £150 for a rod

Complete C++P ben

A rod through Parcel Force insured is from 15 - 25 ( depends on weight and lenght ) I know as have sent a few rods

Its sounds a con mate
