| Propossed new laws..... If the campaign to outlaw fishing is not enough to send a shiver down your spine, I hear that Labour's latest vote winning idea is to ban Baseball caps and Hooded tops ! I'd grown rather fond of my Ultima baseball cap and Canadian hooded fishing top......maybe thats why I dont catch much. I intimidate the fish too much ?? | Re: Propossed new laws..... Well I saw the BBC 6 o'clock news this evening and yes it is the Bluewater shopping centre that has impossed the ban. But, when John Presscot was interviewed he felt that the ban should be "across the board". The reason being.....people are intimidated by youths wearing them as it gives the youths anonimity. I wore a motorcycle helmet into a bank once.... caused a total panic..... but it was raining and I didnt want to get wet so I kept it on...... like I said once before.... Chaos by name.....
