Wtf

Well i sit here only a simpleman of 47 years young and to be honest i really don't know where to turn or what to do or say and at this point i would like to apologise for the language in this post and i am really sorry to burden you guys and girls with my troubles and although i am ashamed to admit it as i try to right this post i am shaking uncontrollably and CRYING MY F*****G eyes out and my mobile phone has at last stopped ringing (i have turned it of) but for the first time in my life i don't have a clue whats going on or WHY for that matter
I will try to explain on Monday after work my son Brian all 6ft 7in and size 18 shoes yes size 18 shoes came home from work ate his normal £20 snack and then went of with his mates to play pool down the local pub and from what i can gather they were playing in a pool match against local opposition in a top of the table clash, they the 3 tuns being 1st in the league and the other team being 2nd and after the first 3 games the tuns were up 2-1 and Brian my son was next due to play and from what i can gather the W****R he was playing was trying in no uncertain terms trying to do his utmost to annoy all and sundry in the pub F*****G W****R anyway according to the guys Brian won the toss and elected to break and he cleared the table without the W****r having a shot, now in my day i wasn't a bad pool player myself in fact i represented the county playing 21 games and losing 3 only second to a chap we nicknamed the hoover who won 20 out of 21 games and his name is Steve Davis not the snooker player but certainly the best pool player i have ever had the privilege to see play
Now for those who are not familiar with the game if you lose it is always polite to shake hands and buy your opponent a beer, well this W****r apparently refused to shake hands but after a lot of goading from his team mates eventually brought Brian a beer and this is where my troubles start as my boy asked for a bottle of becks and after buying said beer this C*** and its not chap by the way,
smashed the said beer over my sons head and then just for good measure STABBED him in the F*****g shoulder (break needed)
sorry people but to put it mildly i am a pissed of bunny anyway i have never in 21 years known my son to lose his temper (a chip of the old block) and because of his size although you might find this hard to believe as a young lad he was always being picked on by kids 5 years his senior because of his size so i sent him and his sister to Malcolm Phipps the highest graded Karate instructor in the country and after my daughter going for 8 years and my son for 10 they learnt to defend themselves and until now i don't think they have ever turned a situation to there advantage until yesterday where apparently my son snapped (after being bottled and stabbed)and as we speak my son is in the ROYAL FREE in London having a operation on a broken hand and stab wound and the W****r where he hit the C*** so hard he fractured his nose, cheekbone, and skull and as we speak is in a critical condition in the same F*****g hospital and just to make matters worse whilst down the hospital i have had the privelage of meeting the W*****s dad who has promised me that Brian will face charges of GBH AND ALTHOUGH I AM NOT PROUD TO ADMIT IT and and in no way proud of my actions i biffed this guy right between the eyes and if it hadnt been for the POLICE i dont think i would have been able to controll myself
And for the record i got married on 8-8 87 and have never had a crossed word and as i im still crying my eyes out i wonder if my marriage is over as my good lady of 25years is now staying around her sisters because of my actions
I am sorry to post such a pathetic post but a we speak i am at my wits end and pissed too
HELP

Re: Wtf

What a horrible story (if not uncommon) There seems to be loads of people out there hell bent on causing trouble and it`s good people like yourself and your son that seem to get dragged into there mess. These shity people deserve a lot less protection from the law than we allow them. That been said I would suggest that if this tosser has had the front to bottle and stab someone in full view of everyone in the pub, then I would imagine its not going to have been the first time he has had a violent outburst in public and is probably well known to the police already. This cowarldy act is more than likely one of a long list of cowardly acts in the past and the police will take note of them when they come to look at the incident. I take my hat of to your boy, I bet that coward was not expecting to come of worse when he decided to use a wepon!!! The police will want witness statements and from what you say there are plenty of witnesses to state that your boy kicked his arse on the pool table and was the cowardly and unexpectedly attacked by this idiot, the fact your boy smashed him back is surley self defence, if someone was stabbing me with a bottle then I would do anything to make them stop. I suppose the only factor the police will take into consideration is "reasonable force" but since the other bloke was wealding a wepon and intent on using it then I would suggest that your boys actions were perfectly reasonable, since had the bloke been given the option of getting back up he could have inflicted more, ppotentialy life threatening injurys to your boy. It`s really rich his Dad running his mouth off at you like that in the hospital, but im staggered that they even put this lad in the same hospital as your boy!!! That is something I think you should question as to why it happened? I would also be tempted to get hold of whoever runs the local pool league and infor thm of what happened so this idiot and his friends are barred from future matches, as clearley they seem to miss the whole point of a competitive sport!

Hope it all works out well for you mate

Joe

Re: Wtf

I wish your son a quick recovery. I had a similar experience several years ago with some clever little git with a knife, so I know what he is going through.
I think your wife will see that when something like this happens peoples emotions take over and things are said and done that we dont really mean.
One thing I would suggest is that you make sure the Police get as many statements from your lads team and anyone else there as possible not just one or two, even if this means them going and giving statements rather than waiting for the Police to contact them, the more the better.

As other people have said I hope everything works out well for you and your family.

Re: Wtf

I cannot think of a more cowardly attack than to bottle someone. Its about as low as you can go. If there was not any provocation other than the pool match what exactly does he think he will achieve trying to press charges for his broken nose I do not know. I would hope for your sons sake however he fully recovers though.

My advice would be to keep calm, things will settle down and ultimately your lad is going to be ok.

Re: Wtf

sorry to hear what your going through at the mo ,this fella is a coward its seems to be the norm at the moment they cant fight with there hands they need to use weapons regardless of the damage they can do and with the british law system as it is they usually end up with a slap on the wrist ,my brother was bottled in a pub in the early nineties for putting a song on the juke box that the fella didnt like he was fined and given suspended sentence a joke if you ask me .But hopefully the law will see your son was defending himself and act accordingly good luck .

Re: Wtf

Thanks for your kind words people my son got home about a hour ago and he has a large bump on his head his hand is in a cast where he dislocated and broke his thumb and his shoulder is strapped but thankfully there seems to be no permanent damage but his arm is still numb at the moment so he might get some pain later when the anesthetic wears of but hes hungry so nothing new there then and all he keeps saying is he is still coming fishing to Thailand in Jan
The w***** that attacked him is still in the hospital and it seems will be there for a couple of days yet and although i have not spoken to him myself now the dad has been told what happened he has sent an apology and get well message through the police and speaking of the police they have been brilliant and so has his mates, the pub land lord and also the guys from the opposing team and as i speak it seems that wifey is on her way home so after what has been the worst 48hours of my life hopefully we can all start to get our lives back on track
