Well after a few teething problem's with my new talk talk broadband and phone i must say the service is really good for this part of the country. No more sitting waiting for 10 minutes to watch a one minute video on youtube lol.
I did get a bit of a shocker when the bill came in and i had been overcharged the whopping sum of £4.46 .
Seems they had not applied the promotional offer i was promised for the 1st year, so the kind gentleman on the phone says "i,m very sorry sir i,l put you through to customer loyalty to sort this out".
Customer loyalty were very sorry for this also and asked if 6 months free broadband and phone would be okay for my troubles .
I was thinking of saying get me your supervisor i,m not happy but thought that might just be ripping the arse out of it a wee bit lol.
So thanks talk talk for the early prezzie and i will put the money towards some new shiny lures for next year .
I did of course ask for the name of the person and can you make sure it's logged on your system with a letter of confirmation to follow please.
So my next bill wont be arriving til May 2012, at the initial reduced rate of course.

All the calls are free 24/7 Chaz except for those costly chatline things.

dont do chat lines never fancied ending up on jeremy kyle lol ,,talk talk have improved it used to be rubbish here allways crashing so i switched to sky thats no better ,,,,,,,i might change provider see what i can get back as the missy has seen the shoes she wants and i have my eye on a couple of yo zuri lures for the summer you realy shouldnt post pictures of all those nice rock marks steve lmao

They got a new exchange or summit down here and it's miles better than sky who can only provide limited broadband.

crystal minnow and a popper hydro ,the crystal does the biss for bass on anglesea and hollyhead seems to be the lure to have and there you go again with those pictures please stop lol .
