 help...internet not refreshing?? i know some of you guys are properly clever on the Pc i thought it was just this forum but is on everything i do now the internet never seems to refresh i am useing Internet explorer, not sure what version dont know where to find out problem is.... if i look at a thread i put up and 2 people answer, when i go on it only shows my post and i have to hit refresh to see new posts, this is even after comeing off pc and returning several hours later ebay, faceache etc etc any thoughts( prob something super stupid and simple)  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |

| Re: help...internet not refreshing?? Dave .......How is your page caching set up in your Internet Options control panel? The settings are under the "settings" button of the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab of the control panel. In the "check for new versions of stored pages" options, set it to " refresh automatically " or "every visit to page" and see what happens __________________ Mike.. Odd that its on never ,sometimes if your system freezes or crashes it can alter somehow, or you could have a "bug" in your system,worth running anti virus / windows defender just in case __________________ Mike.. | Re: help...internet not refreshing?? I use Mozilla firefox and have done for years now. It is so much better then windows explorer. Far less pop ups and more secure. Browsing is faster too.
